- Strategy-support: Assist in partnering with various functions to execute Global Product Supply strategies. Conduct gap analysis and share insights under the guidance of senior team members.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with global regional office teams to help drive process harmonization across various Brands. Focus on identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and optimizing business processes. Assist in tracking KPIs and providing visibility to the leadership team on performance metrics across Brands.

- Data & Reporting: Partner with COE Systems Lead in building sourcing-related data analytics and reports on analytics platforms such as Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in English and with good communication skills: diplomatic, open, good listener, direct, succinct.
- Team player and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate and influence globally and regionally.
- Ability to work at both high and detailed levels to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Able to interpret and reflect complex information, including but not limited to intranational and international news and conscience model for the Center of Excellence project model and strategic plan.
