  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Regional Finance Analyst

This role is responsible for the day-to-day finance operations such as AR/AP support, business partnering/control.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and work with Regional Sales Managers to ensure on-time payments from retailers
  • Manage AP and AR with HQ support, follow up on cash collection
  • Key finance support for regional Sales & Marketing team and to provide guidance for new processes implemented by HQ
  • Budget control and business partnering with regional functional areas
  • Provide insight on monthly spending trends and prepare monthly rolling forecasts with budget owners
  • Prepare monthly cost report for function areas
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Supports financial year-end audit, support auditors' queries
  • Provide support to APAC in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or professional accounting qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word
  • Previous experience of management/ financial reporting
  • Consolidate and manage monthly book close independently
  • Highly analytical with strong accounting knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and organised individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Team player in cross-functional environment
