Responsibilities

  • Support transactions by assisting in marketing, sales, due diligence processes and documentation
  • Prepare pitch presentations and Request for Proposal (RFP) submission for clients, showcasing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Work collaboratively within the team to provide exceptional sales service to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, underwriting and collaborate with team members to win sale mandates and subsequently execute marketing campaigns

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business or equivalent
  • Very strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, excel cash flow analysis and BOV
  • 2 – 5 years working experience. Working with developers, REITs, property funds, family office or property consultancy is an advantage
  • Knowledge of office, retail, hotel asset classes in the Singapore market preferred
  • Proven track record in preparing comprehensive RFP`s and Power Point presentations
  • Strong understanding of clients’ needs, with ability to provide detailed and tailored solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • A team player
