Role 1:
Key Responsibilities:
- Order processing - LCL, FCL and monthly palletising shipments
- Conduct monthly cycle counts
- Computer literate with Microsoft, WMS AS400, emails corresponding
- Simple physical work on goods verification
- Perform data entry tasks as required
- Assist with ad hoc duties as needed
Role 2:
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Scheduling of cross border trucking
- Submission of permits to 3rd party declarant
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Liaise with other officers to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Shipment arrangement Import/Export handling.
Job Requirements:
- Training Provided. With 1yr relevant exp is an advantaged
- Able to use Microsoft Excel/Words/Outlook
- Need to Liaise with Malaysia counter party trucker
- Fine with warehouse office environment
