Job description

Looking for a Full-Time Administrative Clerk!

Singaporeans/ PRs all welcomed to apply!

Job Description:

  • Generating invoices and quotations.
  • Basic human resource management.
  • Basic accounting management.
  • Able to use computer softwares i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Must be able to speak/ write fluent English.

Working Hours/ Benefits:

  • Monday - Fridays, from 8:00am - 6:00pm/ 8:30am - 6:30pm
  • Flexible lunch hour (1 Hour).
  • No overtime work.
  • Basic annual leave + paid medical leaves.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
