1. Identifying and Securing Strategic Business Development Opportunities
- Analyze market trends and research potential new revenue streams, including growth opportunities in existing programs, as well as identifying new partnerships, collaborations, and market segments, particularly the corporate sector.
- Develop and implement a relationship management strategy that focuses on cultivating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, community organizations, donors, and service providers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that engage stakeholders and highlight success stories, program impact, and upcoming opportunities.
- Organize networking events to facilitate relationship-building and encourage new business opportunities.
- Strategically broaden the EAP, customised training, and consultation services within the corporate sector, delivering customised solutions that enhance their effectiveness and value to businesses.
2. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- Serve as the primary liaison for EAP stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, service quality, and alignment with the charity’s mission.
- Manage, grow, and negotiate EAP contracts, identifying opportunities to enhance services, expand offerings, and engage with new clients.
- Support EAP service delivery and provide regular feedback and reporting to internal teams and clients, ensuring the program’s effectiveness and impact.
3. Customised Training and Consultations
- Identify and develop opportunities for customised training and consultations, preparing proposals and contracts, and monitoring contract acceptance.
- Coordinate delivery, trainee support and end-to-end logistics for all trainings.
- Monitor new training/consultation tender opportunities on government/commercial platforms and coordinate the preparation and submission.
4. Organizing and Overseeing Annual Workshops
- Plan and manage all aspects of workshops, including logistics, scheduling, trainer coordination, and grant management [PCG], and billing.
- Collect and evaluate feedback, track outcomes, report on participant engagement, and identify areas for improvement in future events.
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant fields. Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Business Administration, or other related disciplines will be an advantage.
- Delivery-minded, hands-on with a can-do attitude.
- Proven networking ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and successfully manage challenging situations, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable in public speaking.
- Excellent in gathering and analyzing market data.
- Proactive and solutions focused.
- Excellent attention to detail and eye for creative quality
