- 4+ years of experience in bioprocessing, automated bioproduction, bioproduction equipment design/maintenance/software control, bioprocessing chromatography, and other relevant techniques desired.
- Identify, recommend, and prioritize improvements to the customer experience, as well as internal process improvements, and work with appropriate internal and external partners to implement them.
- Delta V or other control software experience is a plus.
- Proven teammate who can work with counterparts and customers across the world.
- Self-motivated, self-starter with robust communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and desktop application products.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Able and willing to travel extensively.
