Chronos Imaging is a medical device manufacturer, specializing in CT Tubes for various medical diagnostic imaging equipment. Headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, USA, the Company is excited to recruit internationally for a new Sales Executive for Southeast Asia.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various languages, including English, and have the ability to travel internationally 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Chronos’ sales and market development activities toward established quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Identify and develop new Chronos sales channel partners in the region.
  • Work with existing Chronos sales partners to develop strategies to grow sales, (i.e. helping increase number of systems under service, displacing competition, etc.)
  • Identify and develop non-traditional partners in the region, (i.e. leasing companies, insurance companies, asset managers, capital equipment dealers, etc.)
  • Work closely with global marketing and regulatory teams to determine which trade shows we will attend, sets pricing strategy, determines what local registrations are required, etc.
  • Travel as necessary - attend trade shows, visit customer sites, etc.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years sales or service experience in medical imaging required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Ideal candidate would have sales or service experience working for an imaging equipment OEM in the region.
  • Direct experience supporting Computed Tomography (CT) or Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) equipment sales preferred.
  • Multi-lingual, including English language skills required.
  • Must be available for travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WeChat, and WhatsApp required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of times (50%)
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of times (50%)
  • Must be able to travel frequently
