- Institutionalize functional knowledge and design of Finance systems
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and /or IT
- Minimum 10 years' experience with 5-7 years in business transformation or project
- Experienced in financial ERP systems, especially Ariba system
- Experienced business analyst with proven process re-engineering skill, preferably in Accounting & Finance
- Able to connect dots and work with ambiguity
- Strong in Change Management with good stakeholder management
- Highly collaborative individual who can work across all levels and equipped with strong influencing skills
