  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to oversee and enhance our safety programs, ensuring a safe working environment for our team and clients on construction sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish quality safety management policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit safety documents to clients, main contractors, or the WSH Corporate Department.
  • Attend site safety audit conducted by Authority and Client’s representative.
  • Attend site coordination, meetings and other related activities as required.
  • Conducting routine systematic safety audit / inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
  • Organize training on safe work practices and First day Safety Induction Course, provide advice and consultation to maintain a safe working.
  • Conducts job hazard analysis to determine safe working practices.
  • To support and administer all WSH-related initiatives
  • Maintain and monitor safety records and checklists.
  • Verify and Confirm the Risk Assessment/SWP/MS is properly conducted and ensure it is effectively communicated to the field workforce.
  • To recommend practicable measures to help protect employees from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
  • Ensure the fire protection system and Emergency Response Team management system are adequate, effective.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO9001, 45001 and bizSAFE requirements
  • Other duties as may be assigned on a need basis

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree/Diploma in relevant disciplines.
  • Familiar with safety procedures at construction site environment.
  • Good knowledge in Workplace Safety & Health Act.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in construction industry.
  • Registered WSHO.
  • Familiar with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
