Your Role

As part of our Happy Service Crew, you’ll ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fun and vibrant environment. Your responsibilities include:

Customer Service: Take and serve orders with a smile.
POS Operations: Process payments accurately.
Table Setup: Arrange tables to customers' preferences.
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver professional and efficient service.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep workstations tidy and equipment in good condition.
Menu Knowledge: Answer inquiries and provide recommendations.
Kitchen Coordination: Communicate with the kitchen on orders and availability.
Efficiency: Work in an organized manner for smooth service.
Team Collaboration: Maintain positive relationships with team members.
Independence: Handle tasks with precision and quality.
Leadership Opportunity: Lead a team of part-timers and oversee their performance.

Requirements:

Experience: 6+ months in a cake shop or similar is a plus but not required—training provided.
Education: Diploma or higher for clear menu communication.
Personality: Cheerful, energetic, and highly motivated.
Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure.
Learning Mindset: Open to feedback and proactive in improving.
Work Commitment: Willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Residency Requirement: Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.
