Call Centre Agent
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:-
Answer all incoming calls quickly and efficiently and connect to the respective guest or department.
Log-in guests’ request, channel them to the relevant department for action and follow-up on status of job completion.
Oversee wake up calls process.
Report on any faculty telephone lines and monitor television channel connection.
Requirements
At least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity in Hotel Industry.
Energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be in a fast-paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements.
Knowledge of Opera System would be an added advantage.
