Job Scope:
Oversee temporary visitor access cards for guests
Distribute and retrieve temporary access cards from relevant parties
Maintain a log of visitor access cards and ensure timely return of permanent cards
Organize and coordinate the printing and delivery of business cards
Regularly update and maintain the telephone directory
Procure office supplies and ensure supplies are well-stocked up
Prepare and track payment requests for office expenses
Oversee all domestic and international courier deliveries and address customs issues
Retrieve and distribute of incoming mail/packages
Receive and collect MOM passes upon delivery
Coordinate office equipment
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Min GCE "O" Levels
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, facilities management or office coordination
Proficient in Microsoft office
Ability to address issues and respond effectively
