Job Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in guests with ticketing, retail, and lounge inquiries and sales
Deliver exceptional customer service to guests at all times
Handle end-to-end ticketing sales and cashiering responsibilities
Actively promote ticket packages, special offers, and sales in the main admission area
Support the exhibition galleries and protect studio artifacts
Lead guided tours for various groups of visitors
Perform price tagging, conduct regular stock takes, and replenish merchandise stock as needed
Ensure the work area remains clean and organized
Maintain accurate records of facility usage and input corresponding charges into the system
Address guest/visitor needs, requests, and complaints promptly
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
At least 1 to 2 years of hospitality experience or retail experience
Ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Able to work on 12 hours rotating shifts ( 2 days work , 2 days off)
