About the Job:

The Customer Service Representative in the banking sector is responsible for delivering outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring a seamless banking experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.



Job Description:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.



Job Requirements:

A minimum of Higher NITEC or/and Diploma, Degree is preferred.
Experience in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
Contract duration 12-Month
