Official Position Title: Guest Service Assistant
Location: Sentosa, Singapore
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour rotating shifts (Morning, Noon, Night)
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Basic up to $2,500/month (Before remuneration)
$1,000 annual wellness allowance (self)
$2,000 annual outpatient medical coverage (self & dependents)
$200 birthday voucher for F&B outlets
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional guest service at the hotel front desk, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience
Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, arrivals, and hotel services
Work closely with the Concierge, Bell Desk, and Reception teams to enhance guest satisfaction
Handle baggage assistance, transport arrangements, and general guest services
Requirements:
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and service-oriented attitude
Prior hospitality or front desk experience preferred (Opera system knowledge is a plus)
