What you’ll do
Process daily orders from e-commerce platforms, offline partners, and other required channels.
Coordinate with packing staff to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered timely.
Support customer service with all customer enquiries and feedback.
Conduct periodic stock-taking and inventory management as required.
Support administrative duties within the Operations department as required.
Who you are and what you bring
You’re meticulous, hardworking and love organizing
You’re both self-driven and collaborative, being able to work independently and as part of a team.
You take on a proactive attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Prior Warehouse/Operations experience is a plus.
Additional Information
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm (4-5 days a week)
Able to work for more than 6 months.
Competitive pay: $10-$14 per hour.
