What you’ll do
Responsibility for growing offline sales and achieving sales targets
Recruit, train and lead a team of promoters to promote Weavve range of products at a leading departmental store.
Required to take shifts and organize backups or be the backup for shifts.
Provide analysis of Weavve’s product, pricing and positioning vis-a-vis competitors from an offline perspective
Maintain and ensure that all Weavve products are displayed and organised in a visually appealing manner.
Support Operations department to prepare products for sales promotions and to replenish inventory at store level.
Maintain accurate inventory records with periodic stock-take and inventory management.
Support customer service with store level’s customer enquiries and feedback.
Support administrative duties within the Operations department as required.
Who you are and what you bring
You’re meticulous, hardworking and love interacting with people
You’ve an outgoing and approachable personality, with good interpersonal and communication skills
You’re both self-driven and collaborative, being able to work independently and as part of a team.
You take on a proactive attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Prior retail experience
Experience working with bedlinen products is a plus.
Additional Information
Work hours (part-time): Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm (4-5 days a week)
Competitive pay (part-time): $10-$14 per hour.
Competitive pay (full-time): $2,200 to $2,800.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
