Key Responsibilities:
Provide seamless support to passengers and visitors, ensuring a smooth and pleasant airport experience
Address customer inquiries and feedback, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
Assist passengers with flight information, and recommend airport services, dining, and shopping options
Respond to customer queries across various platforms including phone calls, emails, chatbots, and social media
Manage medical emergencies and incidents on-site, escalating issues as necessary
Undertake additional tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of operations
Key Requirements:
GCE "O" Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Proactive, resourceful, and skilled at problem-solving
Comfortable and confident interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
Flexible and willing to work on rotating shifts
