We are seeking a motivated F&B & Retail Assistant Manager to join The Dempsey Project. This role requires a passion for food, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellent customer service. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards, and drive sales while fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales


Greet and assist customers with product recommendations.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Promote products, special offers, and complementary items.


Retail & Store Presentation


Maintain well-organized displays and product rotation.
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
Receive deliveries and ensure accurate records.


Food & Beverage Operations


Oversee food presentation and safety standards.
Monitor storage compliance and product freshness.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams.


Cashiering & Transactions


Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Follow cash handling and reconciliation procedures.


Team Collaboration & Leadership


Support colleagues during peak hours.
Assist in training and mentoring staff.
Promote teamwork and clear communication.


Product Knowledge & Customer Education


Stay updated on products, promotions, and dietary options.
Educate customers on ingredients and sourcing practices.


Requirements & Qualifications


Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality preferred.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Basic proficiency in POS systems and cash handling.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
