Roles and Responsibilities

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Stay up-to-date on the latest training and development trends
Participate in the continuous improvement of the training function
Respecting opinions expressed during facilitation
Directing discussion regarding the study material
Obtain diverse insights from individuals
Assessment administration and process evaluation
Attendee engagement is being tracked and communicated to relevant figureheads
Requirements
Diploma or accredited qualification in a relevant field
Successful completion of a recognized facilitators program would be advantageous
1-2 years of relevant facilitating experience is required
Ability to create relevant, memorable curricula
Able to lead and moderate critical, student-led discussions regarding learning material
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Respectful, smart and adaptable

Thursday, Friday and Saturday
AM Shift: 9:00am to 1:00pm
PM Shift: 2:00pm to 6:00pm
MID NGT Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
