  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure the continuity of clinical systems, including Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+), and other related platforms, by providing clinical support.
Gather and analyze feedback/requirements to improve the functionality of clinical systems.
Actively participate in system testing to ensure operational readiness and usability.
Conduct structured training sessions for end-users to ensure successful system adoption.
Provide onsite and offsite support during pre- and post-implementation phases and for downtime procedures, as scheduled.
Offer 24/7 on-call application support to end-users through a rostered system.

What do we require:

Diploma or degree in a healthcare discipline (nursing, allied health, medicine) or other degree
Clinical or Healthcare knowledge preferred
