  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The primary responsibility is to conduct on-site observations at selected hospitals, shadow healthcare users, identify challenges faced, and provide assistance accordingly.
On-the-job training will be provided to familiarize with the role, including the necessary details and daily reporting of tasks to the Points of Contact (POCs).

Requirements:
Strong communication skills are essential.
Ability to apply logical thinking to understand and address the challenges faced by healthcare workers in their daily roles.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with using various technologies to support the healthcare workers effectively.

Location:
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (Near Yishun)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Contract Duration:
2.5 months (until the end of April 2025)
