- Lead, oversee and/or support key health promotion, disease prevention, population health and other strategic initiatives, aimed at both patients and staff e.g. Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) activities, NHG Well-Being & Engagement (WEC) Committee, SportSG and HPB collaborations.
- Plan, develop and administer workflows, protocols and processes to facilitate roll-out of services/initiatives for patients/caregivers and staff through the Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) Programme.

- Monitor and help achieve the goals and targets set out in workplans, so as to continually grow and consolidate NHGP's position as a Health Promoting Institution and Hub.
- Deliver and facilitate health-related talks, workshops, events and other preventive health programmes in a professional and competent manner, e.g. at FitterLife
- Oversee and coordinate annual workplan and budget planning for HPPC programmes; with half-yearly progress updates.
- Ensure budget and KPIs of funded programmes, if any, are properly accounted for and reported.
- Support and serve in relevant task forces, committees, and workgroups, as well as in various administrative and secretariat functions, when required.
- Support proper oversight and coordination in the organization, administration, and development of Patient & Family Education Materials
- Perform other administrative duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by Reporting Officer.
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related discipline (including sports science, nutrition, dietetics, allied health, nursing and public health)
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a health promotion, health coaching and/or public health management role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, resourceful, analytical and proactive in approach to work and challenges
- IT-savvy with strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good organizational skills and able to interact with people at all levels
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Responsive and good team player
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to gather insights from data and communicate these insights effectively.
