Job Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for both brand management and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a balanced focus on enhancing the school's visibility and engagement across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute brand events and sponsorships to enhance brand presence.

Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

SEO and SEM:

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • High proficiency in analytics to track and report performance.

Sales Support:

  • Provide support to the sales team by generating leads through digital channels.
  • Assist in creating sales materials and presentations.

Campaign Management:

  • Hands-on experience in running campaigns on Google and Facebook.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve key metrics.
  • Numbers-oriented approach to evaluate and improve ROI.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets.
  • Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and optimize spending to achieve the best results.

CRM and CMS Management:

  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Manage and optimize CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
