Job Summary
Monitor the regional implementation of group talent acquisition activities. Implement/review resourcing tools, templates and evaluate talent acquisition activities to meet business objectives
General Responsibilities
- Monitor resourcing budget utilization against expenses and costs in hiring activities (e.g. negotiating pay/salary rates, external recruiter fees, job advertisement fees, etc.)
- Manage implementation of resourcing policies, procedures and processes (e.g. policy compliance, intepretation of candidate assessments results, etc.) to facilitate country/regional hiring activities
- Implement resourcing and talent acquisition strategies for country HR teams and monitor progress of resourcing activities
- Ensure implementation of resourcing and talent acquisition tools/templates (e.g. hiring forms, assessment tools, job advertisement templates, etc.) by country HR teams
- Manage implementation of resourcing and talent acquisition activities (e.g. recruitment roadshows, career fairs, campus talks, employee referral programs, etc.)
- Consolidate and analyze country/regional reports on the effectiveness of resourcing and talent acquisition activities, tools and templates
- Research on country/regional market trends, best practices and challenges on resourcing and talent acquisition activities (e.g. reports, dashboards, analytics, etc.)
- Monitor the implementation progress of country/regional ad hoc projects and activities related to resourcing and talent acquisition
- Maintain a master list of approved external recruitment agencies/consultants. Review analysis on expenses/cost savings in implementing resourcing and talent acquisition activities
- Act as country/regional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all resourcing and talent acquisition issues/requests
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of DKSH business and industry
- Demonstrate knowledge in general recruiting processes/tools, candidate interviews and assessments skills, local hiring landscape, etc.
- Demonstrate knowledge in labor law and employment best practices
- Demonstrate research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate appreciation of potentially sensitive matters/situations and an ability to handle such situations
- Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
