Key responsibilities include:Business Revenue Growth
  • Implement strategies aimed at expanding the
  • Identify fresh market segments, delivery channels, and funding opportunities to expedite revenue growth
  • Spearhead sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with business partners, intermediaries, and outreach team to foster strong and thriving sales pipelines
Growth and Budget Management
  • Develop forecasts, projections, and exercise prudent budget management to ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve financial sustainability and growth.
Programme Development and Enhancement
  • Oversee the development and refinement of continuous education and lifelong learning programmes to meet the evolving needs of adult learners.
  • Ensure the programmes portfolio are in accordance with the latest market dynamics and industry needs
Quality Assurance and Compliance
  • Ensure that all programmes adhere to regulatory standards and rigorous quality assurance processes within the framework of our university and funding agencies' guidelines
  • Implement robust assessment mechanisms aimed at gauging programme effectiveness, learning outcomes, and skills acquisition, closely aligning with NTU’s commitment to academic excellence
Reporting
  • Prepare regular reports on business performance, learner outcomes, and market trends for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Profound understanding of the adult education landscape
  • People-oriented and a team player
