  • Coordinate promotion plans with all non-gaming areas to drive acquisition and retention, promote upward loyalty, incentivize reward earning and redemption.
  • Coordinate and liaise collateral and media briefs, production and distribution with creative and media team.
  • Coordinate with Guest Relationship Marketing on scheduling and deployment of members communications
  • Assist to work with Special Events for member activities.
  • Manage and tabulate reports as required.
  • Coordinate with Finance and IT for promotion set-up where needed.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries where applicable.
  • Other administrative responsibilities.
  • Other duties as directed by management
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
  • College degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Excellent command in MS Suite and good knowledge in MS Project.
Experience
  • One to two years of collateral production, marketing and advertising experience is preferred
Other Prerequisites
  • Experience in loyalty marketing in retail, travel and financial institution environment, both on marketing and operational levels, will be an advantage.
  • Must be detailed oriented with strong inter-personal skills.
