- Design and implement relevant HR transformation initiatives and program outcomes that may include: HR operating model, change management strategies and initiatives, process improvements, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, next-gen communications plans, capability development and enablement plan, gamification approach, etc in collaboration with the regional/local stakeholders

- Analytical, creative and resourceful in managing initiatives and work challenges
- Effective communicator, courage to drive for results and empathy to employees
- Ability to work effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- High attention to details, meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment
- Consulting experience in delivery of strategy and transformation programs in a large organisation using agile methodologies is preferred
