Key Responsibilities
- Sales Engagement: Collaborate with the Sales Hunter or operate independently to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
- Solution Development & Positioning: Design and articulate tailored IT solutions (digital transformation, cloud, enterprise applications, and managed services) that align with client requirements.
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Lead solution demonstrations, workshops, and deep-dive discussions with enterprise clients.
- Proposal & Bid Management: Develop high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and solution roadmaps.
- Client Consulting & Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencing buying decisions.
- Partner & Vendor Collaboration: Engage with technology partners (Microsoft, Oracle, Red Hat, cybersecurity vendors) to enhance solution offerings.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.
- Experience: 7+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting within IT services, system integration, or enterprise solutions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to work alongside sales teams or independently to drive revenue and close deals.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services, and enterprise applications.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for enterprise clients.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and deal-closing skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): Industry certifications in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise solutions, or cybersecurity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
