We are looking for a talented and experienced Client Servicing Manager to lead our business development efforts and to deliver insights and solutions to our clients. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the tender process, as well as driving inbound sales initiatives to achieve revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of tender management, proposal preparation, client negotiations, and inbound sales strategies, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively handle inbound sales leads and inquiries.
- Qualify inbound leads, understand client requirements, and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure leads are nurtured through appropriate follow-up strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end process for tender submissions, including sourcing opportunities, reviewing tender requirements, coordinating responses, and ensuring timely delivery of bids.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and ensure the completion of all required documentation.
- Monitor and stay updated on relevant tenders in the market, ensuring the organization has a competitive edge in tender submissions.
- Review tender specifications and provide recommendations on best approaches to maximize win probability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on tender submissions, pricing, product offerings, and client needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of tenders, sales activities, and results to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement in the tender process and inbound sales strategies, proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Market Research industry, specialized in client servicing with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and winning tenders.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end inbound sales process.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency using Salesforce.
