Job Responsibilities

1) Finance System Management:

  • Oversee and manage the financial system and support the implementation of new modules
  • Point-of-Contact and align the requirements from internal stakeholders (staff across different departments) and external parties (auditors, vendors)
  • Manage timelines, track milestones/deliverables and ensure the plans are in sync with the organization’s expectations
  • Support discussions with all stakeholders
  • Support coordination with ITD colleagues on UAT testing and maintenance of the developed system
  • Monitor and control the usage of system licenses and liaise with ITD to assign licenses and roles
  • Support and resolve back-end issues
  • Collect feedback from users to enhance system
2) GL Duties:

  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of financial accounts
  • Perform journal entries for month-end closing
  • Generating and analysing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and presenting the financials in PPT slides and report format
  • Monthly & quarterly consolidation of SBF Group accounts
  • Responsible for full set of accounts for SBF Connect Pte Ltd (Subsidiary of SBF)
  • Maintain, update and manage Fixed Asset Register
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite
