Job Responsibilities
1) Finance System Management:
- Oversee and manage the financial system and support the implementation of new modules
- Point-of-Contact and align the requirements from internal stakeholders (staff across different departments) and external parties (auditors, vendors)
- Manage timelines, track milestones/deliverables and ensure the plans are in sync with the organization’s expectations
- Support discussions with all stakeholders
- Support coordination with ITD colleagues on UAT testing and maintenance of the developed system
- Monitor and control the usage of system licenses and liaise with ITD to assign licenses and roles
- Support and resolve back-end issues
- Collect feedback from users to enhance system
2) GL Duties:
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of financial accounts
- Perform journal entries for month-end closing
- Generating and analysing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and presenting the financials in PPT slides and report format
- Monthly & quarterly consolidation of SBF Group accounts
- Responsible for full set of accounts for SBF Connect Pte Ltd (Subsidiary of SBF)
- Maintain, update and manage Fixed Asset Register
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite
