[Full-Time] Supply Chain Manager
Good Totes is a fast-growing eCommerce brand specializing in stylish, functional tote bags. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our logistics and inventory operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and seamless global distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Planning & Management
- Forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
- Track production timelines for timely restocking.
- Implement SOPs to improve accuracy and minimize stockouts.
Logistics & Distribution Strategy
- Optimize global logistics (freight, warehouses, 3PLs) for higher efficiency and reduced costs.
- Build strong partnerships with key logistics providers.
3PL & Warehouse Management
- Oversee fulfillment for B2C and B2B customers.
- Expand 3PL network to support growth and reduce risk.
Process & Systems Optimization
- Automate order processing, inventory updates, and reporting.
- Optimize lead times with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Develop SOPs for consistency and scalability.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory planning in an eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods company.
- Strong knowledge of global freight, 3PL operations, and inventory forecasting.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or OMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Singapore
