Job Description:
We’re looking for a passionate and outgoing individual to join our team as a Bartender cum Server at our tasting room. This is not your typical bar role. At Brass Lion, you’ll get the opportunity to learn in-depth about our craft spirits and share that knowledge with our guests in a fun and engaging way. Whether you have F&B experience or not, if you’re eager to learn and enjoy interacting with people, this might be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and recommending drinks based on preferences.
  • Conduct guided gin tastings and distillery tours, presenting our products and their stories to customers in an engaging and informative manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Assist with restocking, inventory management, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients and products.
  • Be an ambassador of Brass Lion, embodying the spirit of the distillery in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with customers.
  • Willing to learn about gin and the distillery process.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
  • A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • No prior F&B experience is required, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are a must!

Pay: Up to $3,200.00 per month
