  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our esteemed client, an established food manufacturing company, is searching for a Finance Executive (GL):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end close for GL, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare and review monthly management reports, conduct financial analysis, and complete audit schedules.
  • Provide guidance to AR/AP teams on appropriate GL and GST code classifications.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to manage audit and tax compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, providing insights to the Group Accountant.
  • Draft financial statements and manage XBRL filings, working closely with the company secretary.
  • Post monthly journal entries for the general ledger and perform reconciliations of intercompany balances.
  • Assist with payroll reconciliation and provide support for other GL-related tasks and ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of AX ERP would be an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Basic Up to $3,600 + VB ( 2 Months )
  • Working Location: Senoko
  • Working Hours: Monday to Frida,y 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
