  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DESIGNATION : Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle changes in Service Kit BOM or Creation of a new Kit via PTC Windchill.
  • Update information into a table on the SharePoint database.
  • Drive timely closure of factory changes on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the processes for 3D printer production.
  • Manage the spare list in the SharePoint database.
  • Assign storing location, add a new entry, or update inventory quantity in SharePoint when new spares are added.
  • Manage, retrieve & pass the spares to the engineer for routine maintenance and update the status & quantity in the SharePoint list accordingly.
  • Maintain and update the annual list of 3D MJF printed parts, including a cost analysis to compare savings against conventional manufacturing methods for tools and jigs.
  • Collaborate with engineers to provide design ideas and assistance in creating jigs for in-house production use.
  • Manage the 3D MJF printing requests and arrange the requests in Print Jobs for printing.
  • Provide guidance & assistance in using CREO 3D CAD software for upRev drawings when required.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CREO 3D CAD software for design and upRev of drawings.
  • Experience with 3D printers and production workflows.
  • Ability to analyze cost savings and attention to detail.
  • Able to perform troubleshooting and resolving issues related to 3D printing.
