Job description

Administrative tasks:

- Handle phone call, email, and message enquiries from clients

- Liaise with clinicians and clients to schedule and manage appointments

- Administrative support for groups, trainings, reports and letters

Daily Operations:

- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the premises

- Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day operations (e.g., stocking up of pantry, taking stock of assessment inventory)

- Supervising child when parents are in sessions

Finances:

- Manage payments, invoices and receipts

- Manage payroll and CPF

- Bookkeeping

Marketing (optional)

- Manage social media accounts and posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website)

- Creation of psychology resources and newsletters

Requirements

Looking for someone:

- With great interpersonal and communication skills

- Meticulous and organized

- Independent and self-initiated

- Team player

- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Basic skills in Microsoft software

Working Hours

- 2 to 5 days per week (weekdays Tuesday - Friday: 10:30am-6pm, Saturday: 930am-5pm)

- Commitment period of 1 year and above

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $14.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
