- Collaborate with the PRO APAC team and making sure high quality of project management is achieved, e.g., following up with the post-workshop evaluation scores, bringing problems/issues/potential risks to the key stakeholders' attention, etc.

- Uploading project information relating to global and local projects on ERP system. This includes creating new ERP entries, staffing resources, inputting fees as per SOW, uploading post-workshop evaluation scores, and everything else relating to the workshops
- 1-3 years of experience managing large-scale or complex learning programs
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple program rollouts/projects at the same time
- Proactive and have strong problem-solving and planning skills
- Detail-oriented and process-oriented
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic presence that builds trust and credibility
- Be able to take calls with global offices (in US/EU), which might happen after normal working hours (once a month or less)
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
