- Manage industry and Steelcase events, dealer conferences and off- and online events to build communities.
- Brand & Creative
- Defend and oversee the brand position, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Lead local creative campaigns, including video and audio production.
- Contribute to strategies for advertising, positioning, and brand governance.
- Manage brand awareness efforts tailored to the local market when essential
- Have 5-8 years of experience in brand building and communications.
- Have a marketing or communications qualification (completion of the Mini MBA in Marketing or Mini MBA in Brand Management is highly regarded)
- Understand brand positioning, distinctiveness, long versus short term brand building tactics
- Are able to use meaningful metrics and track progress for continuous improvement
- Are a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in media relations, demand generation, content creation, and digital marketing
- Possess excellent project management and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Can partner with key stakeholders (internal, dealer network, media and community).
- Speak English and write fluently.
