Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately handle over-the-counter transactions.
Provide general KYC support, including managing the account opening process and collaborating with the compliance team for customer documentation collection.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a seamless account opening experience.
Conduct basic front-line AML assessments and KYC reviews for both new and existing customers, following normal and enhanced due diligence standards in line with AML policies.
Manage customer wait times to maintain high service levels and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, minimizing any negative impact.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: GCE āNā Level.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in cashiering duties.
Skilled in utilizing data to enhance productivity and performance.
Previous experience in a front-line role within the payment industry is preferred.
Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Willing to work shifts and weekends.
