Support and manage the admin and purchasing process, sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supplier Management:

  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers.

  • Refer contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Procurement Planning:

  • Assist in procurement strategies in line with project timelines and budgets.

  • assist in forecast procurement needs based on project schedules and scope of work.

  • Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to understand material and equipment requirements.

Inventory Management:

  • Implement inventory control systems to track usage and minimize wastage.

  • Coordinate with warehouse managers to streamline inventory processes.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.

  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and performance for senior management.

Key Activities:

Supplier Evaluation & Selection:

  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers.

  • Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct site visits as needed.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.

  • Ensure contracts are comprehensive and legally sound.

Purchase Order Management:

  • Generate and manage purchase orders.

  • Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers and site supervisors.

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
