Job Description
You will be part of a dynamic frontline team to provide a pleasant, safe and wholesome experience for all visitors to Gardens by the Bay. Your predominant role includes admissions and control, attending to visitor needs and enquiries. You will also facilitate crowd control and respond to incidents and emergencies as well as help facilitate events and programmes held within the Gardens.
Qualifications
Minimum GCE 'O' Level preferably with experience in customer service
Resourceful and dynamic with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant and friendly disposition with the ability to work under stressful situations
Creative, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work on 12-hour alternate day shifts, weekends and public holidays
