Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Finance and Assistant Manager, Finance, the Executive, SPL Finance will

be responsible for the grant’s disbursement, compliance functions, financial operations and budgeting.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the disbursement of grants in accordance with financial policies and Directives.
  • Manage and monitor the timely submission of the club’s monthly management reports.
  • Assist in issuance of Invoices, Debit Notes and Credit Notes.
  • Assist in monitoring the account receivables and recoverable items.
  • Facilitate the disbursement of allowance for match volunteers during match day.
  • Process the Children Financial Assistance scheme applications.
  • Manage the insurance claims and assist in insurance-related matters.
  • Administer the shared accounting system used by Clubs – BC Dynamics.
  • Involved in month-end and year-end accounts closing, by conducting accounts’ reconciliation, preparing accruals and prepayment schedules.
  • Assist the Head in Finance in various day-to-day work, projects and assignments.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors on all audit matters.
  • Play a pro-active role in promoting a strong compliance culture with financial policies and procedures, in line with the regulations stipulated by Institution of Public Character (IPC) and the governing body, Sport Singapore.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
