HR Admin Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
* Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
* Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
* Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
* Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
* Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
* Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
* Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees;
* Any other HR functions as assigned
Requirements:-
* Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
* Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
* Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
* Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
* Able to work overtime as required.
* 5 days’ work in office.
