  • Support the Restaurant Sales Manager in handling inquiry calls on a timely basis.
  • Handles and respond to all group dining and private room dining events.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  • Be familiar with services/features at our restaurants to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Meet & greet clients on the day of the event.
  • Ensure all BEOs and proper handover of event information to restaurant team.
  • Ensure client files are kept organized and current with all required information.
  • Meet with potential clients, understand their requirements, and work closely with restaurant teams to deliver and execute the event.
  • Proactive in recommendations and suggestions to deliver a win-win situation for client and the restaurants executing the event.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing and payment terms in sales document or communication to client.
Administrative Tasks
  • Tracking and filing all private event contracts, necessary deposits charges, and ensuring deposits and payments are received by the required deadlines, in accordance with Finance and Compliance’s teams’ SOPs.
  • Work closely with restaurant management team to support their reservation process and maximize their bookings in Restaurant Reservation System.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including deposit payment, BEO and reservation system.
  • Assisting in NO SHOW Charges in Seven Rooms and CyberSource.
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
  • Secondary education preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience as a sales executive, with minimum 2 years of experience
Other Prerequisite
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage
  • Administration knowledge of F&B operations, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Flexible on working hours, and being present for events, based on business needs and requirements.
  • Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
