- An understanding of precious metals’ trading structures, commodities futures and options, LME forwards, OTC precious metals products, including market infrastructure and a basic understanding of operational matters.
- Experience with credit risk management tools and techniques.
- Systems: Microsoft Outlook, Excel (proficient), Word, Bloomberg, Reuters & Internal and external credit risk scoring models and evaluation tools.
- Strong numeracy and background in credit and/or financial statement analysis, preferably within the trading/capital markets or with a financial institution.
- Perform at a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously, and prioritise.
- In depth ability to read a balance sheet and P&L statement.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and individually.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Mandarin speaker would be a plus.
