  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Job
The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. This position demands a solid technical background, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. It is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional seeking a dynamic environment, where they can take on a variety of responsibilities and contribute to the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

· System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.

· Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LANs, WANs, VPNs).

· Technical Support: Provide end-user support and resolve IT issues.

· Security Management: Implement security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.

· Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.

· Project Management: Participate in IT projects and collaborate with other departments.

· Documentation: Maintain IT documentation and create user guides.

Requirements:

· Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, etc., are advantageous.

· Experience: Proven experience in IT engineering, network administration, and technical support.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

· Added Advantage: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Arduino, and ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
