  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities

  • Industry Engagement . Collaborate with leading companies, training institutions, and government agencies to create impactful job and training opportunities for Singaporeans. Identify, assess, and address industry’s manpower challenges through strategic manpower planning and impactful partnerships/relationships
  • Strategic Programme Management. Design and implement manpower projects to support industry' workforce transformation efforts. Guide and work with industry partners to ensure compliance with policies and processes. Track and evaluate programmes’ progress to make recommendations for management’s decision making.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis. Conduct data analysis and evaluation of industry and hiring trends to define the jobs and skills landscape in Singapore. Adopt a data driven approach to design and shape human capital strategies for the ICT sector.

Requirements

  • Background in business or tech related disciplines.
  • 2-5 years’ working experience in industry engagement, manpower development, and programme management
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
  • Experience in civil/public service would be an advantage.
