Business Function:The DBS Chief Investment Office (CIO) is seeking a Content Management Specialist to join the CIO Content Management team. The candidate will be responsible for editing and publishing investment-related content, and curating that content into different formats across multiple platforms to drive client engagement. This role will work closely with the investment strategists from the Chief Investment Office, as well as our digital, marketing, communications, and product teams.The successful candidate is innovative, nimble, self-motivated and has substantial knowledge of all forms of digital content and social media trends.Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, format, and publish content across a range of mediums – long-form editorial, video, and infographics
  • Optimise content distribution across digital channels including web, eDMs, and apps
  • Utilise content management tools and systems to publish content across different platforms
  • Enable CIO content across strategic communication and digital initiatives
  • Develop and adapt content amplification strategies across earned, paid, and owned media
  • Host and run regional meetings for the private banking segment
  • Support ad-hoc projects such as fund launches
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive projects and timelines across a matrixed organisation
  • Work with external agencies to align on creative vision and manage timelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, prior experience in financial services sector advantageous
  • Ability to write and edit - with minimal supervision or revisions required - advantageous
  • Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, impactful communications
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, search engine optimisation, Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign, and HTML
  • Experience of using customer data/insights to inform distribution strategy
