Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist – Water Industry

Location: Singapore

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and brand visibility in the water industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the water, waste water treatment, desalination, water technology, or related sectors. You will develop and implement strategies to increase market share, build customer relationships, and promote our innovative water solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial, municipal, and residential clients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by presenting solutions to clients’ water treatment, filtration, or distribution needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the water industry.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s Technology and services.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, and email marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the process team to align marketing efforts with new product launches and innovations.
  • Oversee content creation, including brochures, newsletters, product descriptions, and promotional materials.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant sales and client information.
  • Regularly engage with existing clients to assess satisfaction and uncover additional needs for water solutions.
  • Support after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Event Participation & Networking:

  • Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Organize and host webinars, product demonstrations, and workshops for clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering ,Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within the water industry or related sectors (e.g. Petrochemical, construction, Industrial plant, environmental services).
  • Strong understanding of the water industry’s key players, technologies, and regulatory environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (SEM, social media marketing, Software Proficiency).
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset for market research and data analysis.
